Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah, MCC, ACTC, FInstCM
Most leaders don’t fail because of a lack of intelligence; they fail because of patterns wired in years before they ever led a team.
Coach Scofray is the Founder of Neuro-Emotional Intelligence (NEI) Training, through which he supports executives, teams, and institutions in identifying and rewiring patterns using a framework that blends neuroscience, Ontological-Mindfulness-Ecological coaching, Systemic Thinking, and mBIT practice.
He is Africa’s foremost neuroscience-informed Ontological Executive Coach, Ghana’s first Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), Certified Professional Corporate Trainer, and Professional Certified mBIT Master Coach & Trainer. He currently serves as President of the Ghana Chapter of ICF, a Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Management (UK), and lead consultant for Zoweh Global Consult with a combined 20 years of experience and over 4,000 coaching hours dedicated to empowering and transforming lives.
Core competencies: Ontological-Mindfulness-Ecological Coaching, Systemic Thinking, mBIT Coaching, Neuroscience, Strategic Communication & Branding, Leadership & Team Building, and Strategic Corporate Re-engineering.
He has coached leaders across Ghana, Rwanda, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Lesotho, Kenya, Benin, Ivory Coast, the UK, and the USA, including high-powered delegations within the Government of Lesotho and director-level leadership at the National Bank of Rwanda. He has facilitated mBIT Coach Certification in Luxembourg, and his clients include MTN Ghana, Stanbic Bank Ghana, the Ministry of Public Service Lesotho, LIPAM, Ghana Airports Company, Ghana National Gas Company, Smile Train Africa, and Coca-Cola Bottling Company Ghana, among others.
